Historic Palace in Malvarrosa Beach

Historic 100-year-old palace located a few meters from the Malvarrosa beach and the promenade. The building was built in 1920 by the architect D. Francisco Querol Ballester as his summer residence, it is a modernist building distributed over two floors and an imposing minaret tower, it is even listed as a historical-artistic monument of the Valencian Community. The palace was the residence of the President of the Republic of Spain D. Manuel Azaña. The property stands out for its architecture and its decorative elements, including the double staircase at the main entrance, and the staircase at the back, with ceramic decorative elements from the period and its spectacular balustrade railing that surrounds the entire property. Another very significant element of the property is its tower, a minaret from where you can watch the sunrises and sunsets, with wonderful views over the Mediterranean Sea.
