Historic 100-year-old palace located a few meters from the Malvarrosa beach and the promenade. The building was built in 1920 by the architect D. Francisco Querol Ballester as his summer residence, it is a modernist building distributed over two floors and an imposing minaret tower, it is even listed as a historical-artistic monument of the Valencian Community. The palace was the residence of the President of the Republic of Spain D. Manuel Azaña. The property stands out for its architecture and its decorative elements, including the double staircase at the main entrance, and the staircase at the back, with ceramic decorative elements from the period and its spectacular balustrade railing that surrounds the entire property. Another very significant element of the property is its tower, a minaret from where you can watch the sunrises and sunsets, with wonderful views over the Mediterranean Sea. The mansion has a 1.115 sqm plot with a wide variety of vegetation, highlighting its palm trees over 20 meters high. The plot can be accessed through two different streets. There is the possibility of acquiring the adjacent plot of 1.122 sqm. On the first floor of the palace we find the main area of the residence, distributed in a spacious living room, a kitchen and two bedrooms, one of them the main one. On the lower floor, it has an area of 250 sqm with several rooms and rooms of different sizes. It is a historical property and a benchmark for Valencia’s architecture and art, located in a privileged location.
